Fulfilment Policy:
All orders placed before 12:00 PM (CST) Monday-Friday will ship out the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) or Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following weekday.
Refund Policy:
For health and safety reasons our products can only be returned if they are unopened and unused within 14 days of purchase from Animal Care Products. Please have a receipt available. Please email us at animalcareproducts@yahoo.com or call us at 636-928-0590 to manage a return. If approved, you will receive a full refund for your returned product minus a 20% restocking fee.
Order Cancelation Policy:
